If your shoes start to feel a little less than fresh, grab a soft brush and your favorite gentle detergent. A scrub here and a scrub there, hey presto!
Don’t forget to air dry your VOSK shoes just like in the good ol' days— avoid too much direct sunlight, a shaded breeze will do.

Our new "Made in RSA" shoes fit true to size. We recommend ordering your normal size. If it's still too narrow, our returns process is super easy so you can swap for a bigger size. Still not sure? Check out our Size Guide to help you find the best fit.

To track your order, type in your order number(i.e. #1015) on our Track Order page.

We try to fulfill orders very quickly; that said, send an email to wesley@vosk.co.za, and we’ll find a good solution. If you’re just getting cold feet, hang on until you can give them a try–we think you’ll love them and if you don’t, you can always send them back for free within 30 days of purchase.

We currently ship only in South Africa. We are hoping to expand to other countries in the near future.

We work with a couple of courier services to give you the cheapest, yet best possible service. If your package have not been delivered after 7 work days, please email us at wesley@vosk.co.za

Please contact us at wesley@vosk.co.za should you need to return/exchange an item.
Once the return is initiated, you will need to print four copies of the waybill emailed to you and hand it over to the courier with the package.

*NOTE - We've found that our shoes run one size small.
If you have enough room for your toes but feels a bit snug on the side, the canvas upper does stretch a little bit after a day or two's wear. If you're not convinced a little bit will be enough, please check out Fit Guide.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Hang tight, it can take our warehouse up to two weeks to receive and process your return. We'll be sure to send a refund notification email as soon as we've issued your refund.
